Laparoscopic removal of chocolate cyst of ovary
The patient presented with abdominal pain & vomiting. USG revealed a bilateral chocolate cyst of the ovary. Laparoscopic surgery is done. A huge left ovarian cyst was found which was removed. RT ovarian cyst was also removed. The patient was discharged the next day.
