Exploratory laparotomy done for small bowel obstruction. Adhesions were removed with blunt dissection.
Pt presented with vomiting & abdominal pain. She had undergone LSCS 2 months back at some other hospital. She developed small bowel obstruction for which she was operated here. She is stable at present.
